East Fairgrounds (Cemetery Road - west to Highway 67)
Curt Westrich (Heneghan and Associates - Civil Engineering / Surveying), standing,

a City Hall audience concerning the project scope of East Fairgrounds Avenue.
UPDATE: Andy Macias (Commissioner of Streets and Public Improvements)
is working
with IDOT on acquiring some state and federal funds to keep
the project moving along... More information in April of 2005.
March 2005 Activites on East Fairground Avenue
South Pearl
This project has been in the works for quite some time.
The residents along the street are asking for a revamp.
UPDATE: The storm sewer in this area have been lined.
Watelines will be the next project undertaken before actual street work
can begin.

This project has been considered for quite some time.
Pouring of this street occured during the week of 3/14/2005.
